Services and Fees
An annual membership covers all of the care you receive in our office. As a direct primary care office, we have a direct relationship with our patients and do not bill any insurance company, Medicare, or any third-party payer.
The membership fee includes all office visits, telehealth visits/video calls, telephone calls, emails, texts, and messages sent through the medical record portal. It also includes procedures done in the office, such as blood draws (lab fees separate), EKGs, and simple skin procedures.

Annual Fees
I perform house calls for an additional trip fee of $100. House calls can be requested for medical necessity or simply for your convenience. I enjoy house calls and am happy to come to your home. House calls (including visits to senior living facilities) are generally available in the Chesterfield and Creve Coeur areas; please contact us to determine whether your exact location is amenable to a house call.
We provide free meet-and-greets for prospective new patients. Please call or email us to schedule a time to come to the office to meet everyone, sit down and talk privately with me for awhile, and see whether we are a good fit. This is also available by phone or video call if you prefer.
